Antonie “Tony” Fenner was born in Frankfurt, and educated in Munich, West Germany. Having married an American, international banker, Tony has had the privilege of living in, learning from, and exhibiting her art in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. She studied oil painting with Luigi Lionetti in Rome, Italy, and in Kronberg, Germany, with Liese Swan. After settling in the U.S. and becoming a U.S. citizen, she studied with Enrique Flores Gablis, of New Jersey. Tony now spends much of the year in Cape Coral, Florida. She exhibits her art locally in judged and juried shows and is an active member of the Cape Coral Art League, the Pine Island Art Association and the Lee County Alliance for the Arts, as well as PWSWFL.
